Who we are

We are four young Montanans who love our state constitution and are excited to make impactful change in this space. We want to protect the promise of Montana’s constitution—including the Right to Know—for our generation and future generations.

Direct participation in democracy is a part of Montana’s heritage. From ballot initiatives, to our citizen legislature, to the Right to Know, Montanans are active participants in government. The framers of our state constitution included the Right to Know as a democracy-promoting provision; it calls on Montanans to take an active role in promoting government transparency.

We believe that empowering Montanans to get involved through information requests will help create a more responsive and open government that will better serve the needs of our state.

Meet the Team
